The override a catalog gate accepts. A one-line `message` reword or a full `notice` replacement. Accepted by
the agnostic catalog gates and, nested per refusal, by [`RequireRole`](/docs/packages/core/0.10.0/functions/require-role). [`RequirePermissions`](/docs/packages/core/0.10.0/functions/require-permissions) and
[`RequireBotPermissions`](/docs/packages/core/0.10.0/functions/require-bot-permissions) take `RequirePermissionsOptions` instead.
