GateNoticeOptions

The override a catalog gate accepts. A one-line message reword or a full notice replacement. Accepted by the agnostic catalog gates and, nested per refusal, by RequireRole. RequirePermissions and RequireBotPermissions take RequirePermissionsOptions instead.
