RepliableHandler
Shared base the repliable interaction handlers extend.
Not a public entry point. Extend SlashHandler, ButtonHandler, ModalHandler,
ContextMenuHandler, or one of the select menu bases instead. This class binds the core
reply base to the gateway sender.
